Moina Oberoi is a Consulting Wellness chef, entrepreneur, food photographer, writer, Restaurant & FMCG product developer. She has had training in organic, sustainable, Ayurvedic, Macrobiotic, Spa Cuisine and Fermented foods.
Moina is a qualified photographer from London with a versatile career background in branding, media marketing and business development. She has worked with restaurants, Food certification, wine retail and organic food establishments in San Francisco, New York, Goa, Pune and Mumbai.
Moina graduated from culinary school at the Natural Gourmet Institute specialising in health supportive and sustainable food. Moina also has an HEG Diploma in Gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu & The University of Reims, France pertaining to her love for good taste and quality ingredients.
Being a wellness chef, Moina Oberoi launched a health food company in Mumbai called MO’s Superfoods; with the primary intent being to share the remarkable health benefits of KEFIR and other fermented foods with the community, whilst nourishing the vacuum in the probiotic market in India.
